Submitting a support ticket will let you contact the GotSoccer Support staff directly about your questions and/or concerns. Submitting a support ticket from your team or organization account is the only way to contact the GotSoccer Ranking's Staff.
Once logged into your GotSoccer Team Account, click on "Account Assistance" located in the grey menu bar on the main page.
Under the account assistance section, you will see the button "Open Support Ticket", click this to begin submitting your support ticket to the GotSoccer Support and/or Rankings Staff
You will be able to compose your ticket in this section and submit it to the GotSoccer Staff. Make sure to define what the ticket is pertaining to in the "Problem Relating to" dropdown. For Example, If this is a rankings questions, you must specify this in the dropdown.
