Under the tab labeled "Registration Form", you can customize what is asked and required inside of the registration. Also, you will be able to customize the agreement texts and automated messages in this section.
1. Customize Program Registration Form
- In this section you can select from the default information and questions that you would like to have inside of the registration. You can also choose to make this information required.
2. Additional Email Recipients
- Enter in the email addresses of anyone who would like to be notified when someone registers for the specific program.
3. Registration Agreement Text
- The text/agreement participants will digitally sign off on at the end of the registration

4. Printable Form Agreement Text
- Optional text to automatically populate on the medical release form in order to be physically signed off on

- Add to default message confirmation message that is sent to all registrants
