A player's basic contact information may be modified from the player account. If the player profile has been verified by either your club or state, the player name, date of birth, and gender will be locked. If you need to make a change to locked information, please contact your club/association.
Log into your player account or access player account through family account.
Click on "My Profile" to view player information.
Edit any information necessary.
If there is not an option to delete an old photo or change your child's name or DOB then you will want to contact your club directly as this information may have been locked.
Please note: On the left hand side there are multiple tabs where you can edit other information such as parent information and college recruiting information.
To upload any documents such as birth certificates or waiver forms you will go under the "Club Documents" tab.
